He demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to resolving an issue that would typically fall outside the scope of conventional support. His dedication and thoughtful approach exemplify outstanding customer service. Not many people get customer service HE DOES! The lady working with Amazon returns today around noon, didn't properly scan my returns. I caught one but missed an improperly scanned business return. Since a printout is no longer received to actually see what is scanned, you are at mercy of the Staples associate to properly do the right thing. According to Amazon it'll take weeks to research.

- LSLaura ShirooniApr 28, 20261.0I agree with some of these reviews about customer service I'm taking a box to have it shipped because that's what my instructions were from Amazon I didn't realize I had to take everything out of the box help individually bag it and then also take the original box with me and then wasn't like asked nicely to help was demanded that I did it it was not a very good experience and I will not be using Staples again I will just go to Kohl's which has better customer service.
