  To be fair to the two final-mile delivery workers who arrived at our home (who were 3rd party, non-RXO): they were polite, punctual, and respectful. The 1-star rating belongs entirely to RXO’s upstream logistics network, freight handling, and dispatch management. RXO delivered a brand-new LG smart front-load washer that had been subject to violent handling somewhere inside their transit pipeline. This was not a superficial scratch or minor ding: Both heavy molded rear top lid mounting brackets were snapped cleanly in half across the bolt mount; the top metal work surface buckled and separated from the chassis with flared, crimped flanges; and the side cabinet has outward dents forced from the inside out, proving the internal counterweight or tub assembly slammed violently into the casing during transit. On top of shipping a destroyed chassis, RXO/LG failed to properly contract/dispatch the crew to install the accompanying pedestals that were paid for. Compounding the failure, our working previous appliance was hauled away before this wreck was unboxed, stranding a family of five without laundry. Courteous final-mile couriers cannot compensate for a freight network that drops expensive appliances hard enough to shatter brackets and warp steel frames. If a retailer tells you they use RXO for heavy freight, inspect your shipment down to the millimeter before letting the truck leave.

  BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. Amazon will contract them to make deliveries to the areas surrounding Richmond VA. They will delay your delivery for days without contact or consent. The sole purpose of a logistics contractor is to support a network of orders and acquisitions to the end user. They cannot do this. They will also cancel your delivery and tell Amazon that YOU REFUSED IT. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this "Company". I'm interested to see where these "refused" goods and materials end up...

  It's a shame that zero isn't an option. The person on the phone couldn't give me a solution; my washing machine delivery was scheduled for yesterday, Monday, August 3rd. I understand that delays happen, we're all human. But the person on the phone was unable to offer a solution for the delay from August 3rd to August 11th. If you count the days, it's been more than a week. Terrible customer service, I don't recommend it. And I know the response will be "sorry for the inconvenience, and we understand it's frustrating," yeah, sure. Just improve your services, your two and a half stars on Google reviews speak for themselves.

  Would give 0/5 stars if I could. By far the WORST DELIVERY SERVICE we have ever used. First our delivery date was delayed, then cancelled, and we were asked to reschedule. Fine, things happen. Not even 24 hours after "rescheduling", we got a notification late at night saying our delivery was locked in for a day we were not avaliable (and had to scramble to make ourselves available for) and that we now had two separate delivery dates. Which one was the correct one? How are there TWO dates? Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and didn't even know what the correct date was. They seemed to be as clueless as me, which was not a good sign. The date turned out to not be the date we "rescheduled" in the end — why even give us the option — and while the drivers were competent enough, that was the only positive. Stay away from this delivery service if possible. We were unfortunately at their mercy due to what we ordered (LG Electronics) using this delivery service for their items. I never get incensed enough to write negative reviews about anything but what a horrible, horrible experience this was.
