BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. Amazon will contract them to make deliveries to the areas surrounding Richmond VA. They will delay your delivery for days without contact or consent. The sole purpose of a logistics contractor is to support a network of orders and acquisitions to the end user. They cannot do this. They will also cancel your delivery and tell Amazon that YOU REFUSED IT. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this "Company". I'm interested to see where these "refused" goods and materials end up...

It's a shame that zero isn't an option. The person on the phone couldn't give me a solution; my washing machine delivery was scheduled for yesterday, Monday, August 3rd. I understand that delays happen, we're all human. But the person on the phone was unable to offer a solution for the delay from August 3rd to August 11th. If you count the days, it's been more than a week. Terrible customer service, I don't recommend it. And I know the response will be "sorry for the inconvenience, and we understand it's frustrating," yeah, sure. Just improve your services, your two and a half stars on Google reviews speak for themselves.

THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE WORST DELIVERY SERIVE I HAVE EVER I USED. They rescheduled me 5 TIMES due their inability to properly plan and execute orders. The entire team did nothing but say "I'm sorry" and continues to be a let down. Samsung should never use them again.

Would give 0/5 stars if I could. By far the WORST DELIVERY SERVICE we have ever used.
First our delivery date was delayed, then cancelled, and we were asked to reschedule. Fine, things happen. Not even 24 hours after "rescheduling", we got a notification late at night saying our delivery was locked in for a day we were not avaliable (and had to scramble to make ourselves available for) and that we now had two separate delivery dates. Which one was the correct one? How are there TWO dates?
Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and didn't even know what the correct date was. They seemed to be as clueless as me, which was not a good sign. The date turned out to not be the date we "rescheduled" in the end — why even give us the option — and while the drivers were competent enough, that was the only positive.
Stay away from this delivery service if possible. We were unfortunately at their mercy due to what we ordered (LG Electronics) using this delivery service for their items. I never get incensed enough to write negative reviews about anything but what a horrible, horrible experience this was.
Zero Stars
If I could give RXO zero stars, I would. Logistically, they have failed in every way. My item was supposed to be delivered, yet I still have not received it. There has been poor communication, no accountability, and a complete lack of reliability throughout the process. A logistics company is expected to coordinate and deliver efficiently, and RXO has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using RXO.
To improve, RXO should provide accurate, real-time tracking updates, proactively notify customers of delays, and ensure customer service is responsive and able to give clear answers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using RXO.

Absolutely unacceptable.
My original delivery was scheduled for July 10, 2026. Since then, RXO has rescheduled my delivery multiple times. The latest promised delivery window was July 20, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. That window came and went without a delivery.
It has now been more than 10 days since the original delivery date, and I still don’t have my item.
At this point, this isn’t an isolated delay—it’s a complete failure in planning, logistics, communication, and customer service. Repeatedly rescheduling a customer only to miss the new appointment is unacceptable.

And yet another excuse on why my item is still not deliver.
Update 7/25/2026
RXO Rep: upon checking we are unable to deliver today as promised we are sorry for the inconvenience.
I guess this is what Drew Wilkerson and Sandeep Pisipati call world class and leading logistics.
