After years of problem-free deliveries to our house (which is in a rural area), suddenly the last 3 orders from Amazon (that used to be shipped via UPS) have NOT been delivered. Yesterday my husband got a text at 2:10pm that delivery was unsuccessfully attempted at "4:17pm today" (👀)! What on earth?!? Husband called today about the latest failure to deliver a package on their part, and he was told the item could not be delivered because it was "damaged". No mention of damage was made in ANY of the tracking updates, which still has the item bouncing from city to city in and out of our state. DO NOT USE FedX!! (full disclosure: no one in our household works for UPS.)
