  Today I walked past Staples to go to FedEx to have items laminated. The employee who helped me promptly could not have been nicer as he was processing my overnight job … until he very politely told me, and I quote, “Hold on a minute while I get the queue line down.” So he left me at the counter to move to another counter to help other customers who came in after me. He was gone long enough for me to call Staples, speak with someone in their printing & laminating area, and make the decision to take my business elsewhere. It was only an $84 job, but I believe I’m just as important a customer as those waiting in the line behind me. As I exited the store, the very polite employee who had been helping me looked up from his register and looked so surprised that I was leaving. I called back to him from the door saying, “You leaving me wasn’t kind so I’m going to Staples.” I hope this store’s manager is now aware that they have lost my business forever.

  Kelly helped me with a small same-day print job (40 invitations). From the time I called to ask about turn around time to when they told me the job was done was less than an hour. So helpful, quick and friendly! Shoutout Kelly!

  I came into this FedEx location today needing design materials printed and bound, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The employee who came over to assist seemed completely uninterested in helping from the start. His attitude was slow, nonchalant, and gave the impression that my project was more of an inconvenience than something they actually wanted to handle. What was especially frustrating was repeatedly being told I could “just print it myself” because it would be cheaper, when the entire reason I came in was because the materials required professional binding services that I obviously cannot do myself at home. Instead of offering solutions or guidance, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. As someone who works with professional presentation materials regularly, customer service and attention to detail matter. I ultimately left because it became very clear they did not want the job or my business. A much more proactive and service-oriented approach would have made a huge difference.
