  went into the FedEx location to return some Amazon packages. I was worried given the line when I walked in, but they had multiple people helping customers and it was a very quick experience! Will definitely use for future returns and such.

  I came into this FedEx location today needing design materials printed and bound, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The employee who came over to assist seemed completely uninterested in helping from the start. His attitude was slow, nonchalant, and gave the impression that my project was more of an inconvenience than something they actually wanted to handle. What was especially frustrating was repeatedly being told I could “just print it myself” because it would be cheaper, when the entire reason I came in was because the materials required professional binding services that I obviously cannot do myself at home. Instead of offering solutions or guidance, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. As someone who works with professional presentation materials regularly, customer service and attention to detail matter. I ultimately left because it became very clear they did not want the job or my business. A much more proactive and service-oriented approach would have made a huge difference.

  General FedEx review. I am a victim of fraud. I contacted my Card to report this. FedEx has been harassing me every since to pay for something I never used or received. I have never walked into a FedEx business and yet,they harass me and have turned it over to TSI who is also harassing me for payment. I was out of the country when the fraud happened and FedEx couldn't care less. I have called and written letters about the fraud and they do not lisson or care. Someone from their fraud department told me that this is what they do. Shame! I absolutely hate them. They suck!

  In my opinion UPS will always be superior. I went tonight to process a return and I usually always choose UPS but it wasn’t an option. The employee was rude to me and when I mistakenly started to hand her the label instead of the QR code because I was flustered and still trying to figure out if I had my receipt from the self service kiosk (that she called me over from). She was so condescending to me the entire visit. The entire process dealing with them the 2 times I have in the past year and as difficult
