The staff are very rude. Today, the employee working there yelled at me, and I didn’t appreciate the way he treated me at all. His behavior was completely unacceptable

For YEARS literally I’ve been returning successfully and fast without any issues at UPS. I drove away as I had somewhere else to be.., THEN I noticed it. By the time I drove all the way back there the SAME customer was in there packaging up like 15 items into small bags for Amazon return..and when she was finally done, 5 people were standing in line pissed off 😡 this place needs serious HELP!
