I live right next to the Bealeton location but due to long waits and poor customer service I will drive Out of my way to get great service! They are super sweet, will answer any of questions (don't make you feel stupid) and my packages get to where they are going quickly! This is important to me because it is part of my business and providing great customer service to my customers. They are thankful for the fast shipping that they have prepaid for. Thank you Ladies, keep up the Amazing work!!

- JGJohn GrigsbyDec 15, 20231.0The staff in the physical building are very pleasant but the drivers are NOT doing their jobs. I don't know why every time I get a package through USPS the delivery is "failed attempt." Amazon leaves it at my door, UPS leaves it at my door, FedEx leaves it at my door. With USPS I could be sitting on the couch right by my door waiting for it. No knock or anything and the delivery fails. I'm starting to get incredibly angry. These drivers are not "attempting" anything, I doubt they even pull up they are just marking failed so they can get home quicker. Trump was right, defund this POS institution it is useless.
