It takes several calls before anyone answers the phone and then they can't do anything over the phone without you coming in to the store to confirm your identity. It is absurd that UPS promises me 2-Day delivery and then turns my precious cargo over to these claudes. "Time Sensitive" has NO MEANING at the Radford, Va USPS.
