As other reviews suggest, they have no problem taking a familiar attitude with patrons- even if they hardly know you. I like some of the jovial banter, but service is often slow. However, I find that they do their job very well and are often kind. They are understaffed, which sucks. Probably sucks more for them than for us patrons.
