- LDLillie DolanJul 8, 20264.0One of the better part offices, I've never seen it busy and unlike other offices you don't find anyone ignoring the line of customers.
- JRJeff RileyMar 26, 20191.0Horrible! No one should use USPS for package delivery. My carrier won't leave packages because of dog. Former carrier would beep horn and give me minute to retrieve the package. Current carrier states horn is broken and leaves the card every time. I literally sit and wait for packages on some occasions and he makes no attempt deliver, I guess it's just easier to drop the card and go. The manager is just as bad, he defends his driver and when I mentioned the horn is broken and needs to be fixed to help remedy the problem he replies they have a lot of equipment that needs repair. How about a $3 air horn from Walmart? That suggestion got me shewed out of the lobby! They literally are accountable to no one and couldn't care less. Just another symptom of a broken government.

Days without getting mail, Mail that I am missing as I know first thing in the morning what I am getting with a email sent to me showing me the pieces of mail that I will get that day, the driver is rude! No excuse for them to not deliver the mail that they send a picture of to me and I dont recieve it... No one calls you back or you dont get a email about the pieces of mail that have been reported missing on the website that shows me my mail I was expecting! This has been something happeing with a lot of people I believe in the neighborhood! Please get a carrier that will Deliever the mail that we are supposed to get daily! This doesnt even deserve a 1 star! 😪
