Then he reached over the counter at the credit card thing and put that my experience was great.... it was not. And I've never seen an employee put your rating for you as a customer.. Will be going to a different post office from now on.
- QBQuita BApr 15, 20261.0Literally the slowest customer service I have ever received. They have the same old man working by himself constantly and he has no sense of urgency whatsoever. He is rude, lazy, unprofessional, and lackadaisical. It seems as if he’s moving slow on purpose. He does not like his job and it shows by how uninterested he is in actually providing a positive customer experience. I watched him today be not able to assist about 5 people. It’s really ridiculous. On today, the line was out of the door, looped around the lock boxes, at 4:45 when they close at 5. The young man who came to assist could only do but so much. He was only able to scan in drop off packages. This location seriously needs to hire, and force him to retire. It shoudn’t even be a choice. He is entirely too slow and it sucks that this is the only location in Churchland. It should never take a whole hour and a half at the POST OFFICE.

The Young woman at this post office always provides as exceptional service as possible. The Older gentleman on the other hand is rude, unprofessional, lazy, and unhelpful. Just because he has worked there for over 30 years, it does not give anyone the right to be rude. Prior to not helping me he was unable to help two people in front of me. All I needed was something to be mailed out I was patient but had to go to a different location who was able to help with NO problem.
