- MAMark Adams3 days ago1.0I dropped off a package at this facility on 8/27/2026 and its now 9/1/26. I paid to ship a small ground package from chesapeake va to blacksburg, va (approximately a 5 hr car ride) and my package just now was received in richmond va (Richmond is about 1 hr 30 min away from me). Packages I am shipping through the usps are consistantly late, damaged, and are hard to track. I tried reaching out to USPS to talk with customer service, and there was no way to contact them. I then tried to reach out to the BBB and you cannot leave a complaint on their platform but it did say to find the USPS loaction and leave a negative review. How is it that USPS is hired by the federal government to provide residents a postal service but they do whatever they want without any repercussions and only answer to themselves?

Also when the screen asks for a survey after you pay he reaches across the counter and clicks the smiley face before you have a chance to answer. He needs to retire or be fired but obviously nothing is going to happen to him because there’s over a hundred reviews saying exactly what im saying so obviously nothing is being done.
