- DJDeb JeanOct 6, 20261.0Boy, they REALLY did NOT want to do their job. We had a bit of a different passport application process for a minor, they stated I couldn't sign for a passport, as the grandmother -- even though I had ALL the documents required to do just that. They didn't even listen or look at the documents, just sent me down the road to the Waverly Post Office -- who were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, polite, helpful and efficient. Yes, I had all the required documents, passport application has been sent it. Thanks to the Waverly folks, NO thanks to the lazy Petersburg ladies. I do appreciate having to drive an additional 1 hour 45 minutes to accomplish what should have easily been completed with my scheduled trip to the Petersburg PO.
- RERod ElSep 3, 20264.0The post office staffed with professionals that were polite, and informative. They Answered my questions and gave advice that was more than helpful for my issues. And took the time to solve all of my shipping concerns. I just wished that the line wasn't so long, however...it moved swiftly.
- DBD BJul 20, 20261.0My package was delayed today due to animal interference. How ? I have zero animals outdoors & my chihuahua that was present was inside the home so explain how a package couldn’t be delivered due to that. This is an ongoing occurrence where they will document false things to make an excuse as to why a package wasn’t delivered. Previously I’ve had them document a package as delivered, that was never delivered, & then it mysteriously pops up the next day. I get being tired, heat exhausted, & short staffed possibly but my thing is don’t lie. Simply deliver the package the next day. Not to mention i received the rest of my regular scheduled mail today so it’s not adding up. Kind of sick of this cycle of nonsense truly.
