- LALaShon AndersonJul 10, 20261.0I am writing this to formally document an absolutely appalling experience I had at this location today at approximately 9:18 AM. As a disabled veteran, I expect a standard level of professional conduct, but what I witnessed and endured today was nothing short of inhumane. The employee at the counter was openly hostile and unprofessional. In a display of complete contempt, she refused to perform her job duties and, at one point, proceeded to sip her coffee directly in my face. This was not just a lapse in service; it was a targeted, aggressive act of disrespect. The conduct was so egregious and shocking that another customer had to intervene because they were appalled by the behavior of the staff. This level of treatment is sick and completely unacceptable for a government agency tasked with serving the public. If this individual is unable to treat veterans and customers with basic human dignity, she has no business being employed by the USPS. This situation is a significant liability, and I am documenting this to ensure that management investigates this immediately. No one should be subjected to such abusive treatment.
