  Extremely disappointing experience. I brought a prepaid shipping label and specifically asked the staff to attach it to my package. Instead, they used a completely different tracking number and failed to follow the instructions I provided. When I discovered the issue, the staff refused to take responsibility for their mistake and showed little interest in helping resolve the problem. As a result, my package was not delivered to the intended destination, causing financial loss, unnecessary stress, and significant inconvenience. What is even more frustrating is that the store could not provide a reasonable explanation for what happened and made no meaningful effort to correct the situation. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to acknowledge them or assist the customer afterward is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this location for shipping services. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling of a serious shipping error make this a place I cannot recommend.

  Turned down customer with “registers closed excuse” wouldn't give me any options and mentioned all ups stores will not open till Monday. Actually few of them are open on Sunday and can help. This location just has fee lazy people that are not willing to talk or help. I came on a Saturday at 4:55, maybe late but at least some help or options are appreciated specially when you are open till 5:00.
