Because this USPS is the ONLY one that has the pathetic issues of "I don't know" or laughing at customers or "I'm just covering for someone's lunch break!" Well really, so are you NOT an employee then? Yes you are, you don't remember me but I remember you from my last time in line. It's wrong to lie to customers and it's wrong to be lazy and not help a customer simply cuz I don't feel like it. Do your job. Nobody's asking for miracles or anything out of your job description. Hell, I'm not even asking for a pleasant attitude...just that you do what the USPS is supposed to do and provide me with the services I pay for!!! The same customers who pay over $100 to have the smallest P.O. Box in the place. Mailbox neighbors---Don't forget your key! Because they won't help you like every other USPS does...and if it's too far to walk 50 ft to grab your mail OR if it's too hard to check your ID to make sure it's your P.O. Box...if this 5-7 min assistance is too hard (EVEN THOUGH ITS POLICY)....well then you better pray your keys don't get lost or your purse stolen! Bcuz the simplest minuscule tasks are too difficult, so how the heck would they ever be capable changing your lock? Long story short...get your PO BOX somewhere else!!!!
