- SWSyn WooJul 8, 20261.0I had an unpleasant experience today with the older woman (short curly hair) at the front counter while mailing a package. I accidentally made a mistake and apologized, saying, “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to stress you out today.” Her response was, “I don’t care, it ain’t my junk.” Throughout the interaction there was a lot of huffing and puffing, and I felt like I was an inconvenience. Customer service should be respectful, even when someone makes an honest mistake. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. Customer service: 0/10.

After getting an insane price on a package I asked for a refund. This woman with her full chest said in her “27 years” that they couldn’t, and never did refunds. It took me one google search to learn that wasn’t true. Needless to say I got my package and money back. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated like a massive inconvenience.
