- YLY LFeb 12, 20241.0What a fraudulent operation. I never requested my package to be on hold, but they falsely updated my package delivery status to be “on hold per customer request”. It also falsely claims that they attempted a delivery which is not true. We were home all day for the package and only 2 hours after I received the email for delivery status, “out for delivery” they changed the status to delivery attempted and on hold. These people are lazy and dishonest. Because they receive pay from the government, they should be made accountable for fraudulent behaviors. Also given that this is not the first of these incidents, I believe that there are others who experienced this. FYI, you can make an official complaint against your local post office. I am sure more than one will improve the system.
