When I’ve interacted with people at this post office they’ve all been very nice, but don’t let the hours posted fool you. On a Monday, I arrived at 8:31 to drop off a package. There was a group of 6 of us waiting for the doors to open. At 8:45, one of us yelled through the back wall to see when they were going to open the doors for package drop off and the lady behind the wall said 10am. The hours on Google and hours on the wall at the post office say they open at 8:30am.

Gene was ultimately the best!! He was so patient with us, and smoothly helped with our customs questions and concerns!! USPS is very lucky to have him! Thank you Gene (and shoutout to Dez as well) for your good vibes!

Poor customer service and/or policies. I was here Thursday afternoon at 1pm and there were two clerks. Upon my arrival, one clerk was in the middle of assisting an unprepared costumer and the other clerk was working on something by herself at the computer. After 20 minutes of waiting, the clerk helping the customer had made no apparent progress and the other clerk continued to do her own thing telling us the other clerk would “be right with us.” Not sure what she was doing but allowing a line of patrons to wait over 20 min instead of stopping her task and assisting was perceived by me as inappropriate and rude. Additionally, the other clerk should have asked the unprepared customer who was monopolizing the single clerk assisting customers to step aside while he helped others. I ended up leaving because there was no apparent end time to the customer’s service needs and I had to get my item out in the mail sooner than later.
