Soo where is my package, why can't it be delivered, why must I pick it up when I paid shipping for it to be delivered, and lastly why will no one answer the damn phone locally.

Not sure if it’s a management issue or staff, but you’re better off using UPS if you need to send packages in the Norfolk area.
