They also do not answer the phone if you wanted to check ahead and see if they are open or not. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Functions fine when they are actually open!But if you have a shipping deadline just go to another post office rather than gambling on whether this one is open or not.

The postal office on 20th is the MOST unreliable business!!! Closed when they should be open, rude when you walk in, all in all awful! The price of shipping should help pay for better staffing!
