Unfortunately I live closer to this location but will definitely be seeking to have my mail sent elsewhere. This past Saturday I went in to pick up my package which according to the tracking number was delivered on the 16. On that day, I left work early but did not see a yellow slip in the box so I left. Then on Sat I went in and there was the yellow slip. One of the workers came out in the lobby and told me she would grab it for me. I waited outside for more than 30 minutes probably about 45 and decided to go in. There was another lady at the counter and I explained to her what had happened. Her response was, oh we couldn’t find your package and she wanted me to let you know that. What type of customer service training did these workers have. I understand they are probably over worked and short on staff; however, I find it totally unacceptable to have had me waited all that time without saying anything. Why would they even put the slip in my box. This is not the first time that this had happened, not the waiting part , but them putting a slip in my box and telling me that they can’t find the package. I think that the employees there need to be retrained in customer service skills.
