  These jokers, either here at this UPS store or at a warehouse, arbitrarily added an extra inch to all 3 dimensions of my last package, raising the shipping cost on the prepaid label by over 10 dollars. I've shipped with that particular box several times this year and this is the first time this has happened. Seems very shady, is this what corporate is telling these clowns to do? Unacceptable, will never use UPS ever again. Bad news travels faster than good.

  The employee (female) at UPS located at suite 206, 7870 Tidewater Dr. in Norfolk Va, who's a notary public was very rude she yelled at me infront of a lot of costumers, discussed my business with other costumer, ignored and refused to give me my ID when I asked for it back. According to her their store doesn't comply with the privacy law. Their store doesn't practice privacy in regards to their costumers. She stated " we don't have privacy in our store" ( screaming at me).Her intension is to humiliate me infront of all the costumer and her co workers. I left the said UPS store and went to another place. I will never patronize a business that violates the law.

  I just left from this location and had two pairs of shoes with one label. The lady at the counter told me with an attitude that I needed to take both of my shoes out of my Amazon box and put them in this plastic bag and somehow use 1 label to secure both of them. I ended up putting them back in my original Amazon box because that didn’t make a lick of sense, I took a picture of it just in case.

  The UPS Store on Tidewater Dr, is very unprofessional and irresponsible for the loss of peoples packages. I had a radiator for my 2005 Toyota Camry delivered to my Box, at this location. The radiator was delivered on 05/30/2026. Now they know that one of the drivers stole the box, he never returned it to the store or the lost and found. The so called new driver took my part as a out going delivery. That shouldn't be possible because they have to scan packages on their truck, I don't care how new you are that's the policy. So how could a already delivered package get rescanned to go out for delivery. It's now 06/05/2026. My has been sitting over a week because of this. I've lost money, missed work, this has caused such an inconvenience in my life. For the past week I've been getting the same story. They won't give me any other point of contact, so I can file a complaint with the owner or the corporate office. They way this whole situation is being handled is very unprofessional. The manager Chris wasn't much help at all, with getting this resolved. It's been multiple contacts of oh, I need my owner, and I'll call back with no call back, it's been 3 days and he can't reach the owner. Maybe the store needs a new owner, new management and new drivers because this is ridiculous.
