  Great service. Quick to help. Plenty of counter space to set packages down. Easy parking. It’s my new UPS store. And the people said hello! Who knew customer service still existed.

  If you’re searching for a UPS office, look no further! Sagar owns this store and takes customer service to another level. I’ve made several visits to his store, bringing in boxes to be mailed, as well as a request to pack and ship several one-of-kind items. When I received my shipments, it was obvious that he took special care in packing each individual item, proving that every commitment he made was met to the highest standards. He puts tremendous effort into helping his customers and is available by phone should you have questions. What impressed me most was that I didn’t even have to ask for his contact information because before I left the store he personally provided it and invited me to call anytime. That gesture gave me the confidence that I had entrusted my rare items to the right person and company. Sagar actually follows through on what he says and that’s a rare quality these days. Lastly, a shout-out to his employees, who are clearly an extension of Sagar’s exceptional customer service and professionalism.

  How do you put a package in a locker and dont give a code to my belongings. #2 my request online is to be left on my front door not amazon locker make that make sense. I truly do not purchase anything if UPS delivers so the merchant looses because i will never buy again from them. And when you call no one helps or has any idea how i will retrieve my package!!!!!!!!!!

  I absolutely love this location, it is clean and very close to my residence. Whenever I have returns, they always take care of my packaging. The staff was expert and super friendly. I always enjoy UPS, they do a great job with delivery. I have even worked with them in the past, in some retailers for stock shipment, and they are very good on schedule. Thank you UPS, for always being friendly in our neighborhoods!
