  This UPS Store is looking fantastic after the renovations! The space is looking fresh, clean & welcoming. The service is always great & the staff are friendly & helpful. Definitely a great experience every time I visit!

  Always a quick and fast store everytime I come in for help. Never had an issue here, every employee always respectful , greet you at the door and willing to help plus also wait. Good to come into a atmosphere like this ups store.

  Tianna was super helpful and explained the different ways I could ship my art. She packaged it with care and it arrived safely to my family. Wonderful experience with this store.

  I left this UPS Store on Military Highway in Norfolk feeling very taken advantage of. I shipped a small amount of lightweight, old clothing, and asked for the lowest price delivery because I didn’t care when the package arrived. Absolutely nothing was fragile. I was charged $8.99 for the box, another $8.99 for packing materials, and $2.99 for packing. The total with shipping was approximately $52. I specifically questioned the $8.99 packing materials charge and explained that the contents were just old clothes, I didn’t want or need bubble wrap or anything like that. The employee, who I believe was the owner, repeatedly insisted the materials were required, saying he couldn’t guarantee the clothes would get to the destination unharmed without them. He said the old clothes, which were already in the plastic bag I brought them in, would “move around too much.” So he couldn’t guarantee their “safety without his packing materials, and if something happened because his packing materials weren’t used, UPS wouldn’t honor the insurance.” Not sure what the additional $2.99 “packing fee” was for if he was already charging me the $8.99 for his special packing supplies. That explanation made no sense to me for a small bag of old clothing, and frankly was a lie that he had to pack it that way. Other UPS stores have definitely not had the same “requirement.” If I didn’t have such a time constraint that day, I would have left with my small bag. I would never use this location again, and I would most certainly warn others not to use it either. It’s a scam and upsell. Be very, very careful here.

  I should’ve been done this review , I just have to take a minute to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Kay and TIANA at the UPS STORE . THESE TWO YOUNG LADIES ARE TRULY THE SWEETEST. The whole store is actually. If you’re looking for exceptional service at UPS store, KNT on other people to see, they constantly go above and beyond with their kindness, patience, and genuine wellness to help even when the store is busy or I need extra time to organize everything they never made me feel rushed or like I’m inconveniencing them, they know both my husband and me by name which makes every visit for even more personal and welcoming. They greet us with a smile and create such a warm friendly atmosphere. Their professionalism, attentiveness and sincere care make every visit a positive experience. I also absolutely love the remodel. It looks beautiful. It makes the store felt even more inviting customer service is thoughtful and personal is truly hard to find and I deeply appreciate the patience and kindness. they show every time I step in Can Tiana thank you for making every visit feel easy comfortable and appreciate it. You are the reason great service still stands out and you are both truly unforgettable and let’s not forget the management. He’s always kind and sweet as well and patient thank you all.
