  No line, quick and friendly service, clean facilities! Used for Amazon returns. Enter through Main Navy Exchange (NEX) side, ID proof to use facilities may be needed. Once inside, turn left towards the Commissary connector, look for the UPS "Now Open" sign! ATM entrance is closed.

  Awesome return experience. The ladies that were in there were very knowledgeable and even saved me some money that I didn’t have to spend. Military needs to take advantage of it’s location

  Lately, it seems like nobody is picking up packages or letters from the USPS store, which somehow turns a simple shipment into a 4-day delay. That’s not a “minor inconvenience,” that’s just unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is paying for a P.O. Box service and then watching basic logistics fall apart. If I’m paying for reliability and convenience, I shouldn’t have to wonder if my mail is just sitting there waiting for someone to remember it exists. At this point, it feels like I’m paying for the idea of service rather than actual service. UPS has the potential to be great but right now, it’s like ordering express shipping and getting “we’ll get to it when we feel like it.” Not exactly confidence-inspiring. The owner needs to step up and get the mail themselves. I know they live “2 hours away” but they need to be a good owner. I’ve been telling people to stay away from here and not to buy a PO Box. The employees themselves aren’t the problem. It’s the logistics behind it all.

  Fantastic Experience. Tiffany was very helpful and great. More people need to know about this location, it's so convenient for military members!
