- SZSalma ZanatyAug 28, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this post office was extremely frustrating. The customer service was unprofessional, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. What should have been a simple and straightforward interaction became unnecessarily difficult. the lady whose name started with a D behavior was extremely rude. raising her voiced and even used foul language; I had only asked a question regarding my package. I understand that post offices can be busy, but that should never come at the expense of basic professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward customers. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both the customer service and overall experience. i spoke to a manager and he completely ignored my concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. August 28th, 2026 at 2:30p.m
- JGJake GrohJul 14, 20261.0They must have come in and changed the locks without us knowing on our mailbox. Now I can't access my mail, and will be charged for new keys no doubt. I have extremely important documents from work and banks that I now can't access. I'm not sure how this isn't illegal.
