No visible mailboxes or postage service centers in sight. Please address deficiencies in postal workers employment status. Thank you!!
- FBFreddie BFeb 7, 20261.0I typically don't leave reviews but here we go ....I moved in November and it's February and still no mailbox Key. 1st someone didn't send it off. that was after 1 month, then it was going to get resent. Never did. So by Month 2, I had to fill out a new sheet to get my 1st and original mailbox key. Im confused why my property manager are using them at all to be honest, maybe they need to hire a few more people, I'm just saying something not right in there somewhere. They probably should consider a customer service representative.
- NMNatosha McMillerJan 12, 20261.0I dropped off 3 packages on 3/9. I received an email from a customer that they hadn't received their package. After running through hoops, I filed a missing package report because it appears that they NEVER SCANNED MY PACKAGES. When my customers look at their tracking updates via shopify, it says " pre-shipment" as if I never transferred the packages over to USPS. So being the business woman I am, I took the loss and re-shipped out all 3 orders AND refunded the customers to hopefully avoid bad reviews. The supervisor said "I trust my employees" but yet, you tell me "sometimes they put packages in the bin without scanning them, they're not suppose to, but it happens." How are you trying to ensure me my packages are " at the plant" if you dont even have trustworthy workers that properly scan pre-labeled drop offs? The male worker is always very professional and helpful.. But the female worker was very unprofessional ( on the phone while working) and didnt even try to check the back to see if my package was still there the last time this happened to me in February. (That package is still floating around waiting to be found) I will never be using this location again. If you want your packages to arrive safely and on time, do not come here if you need to drop off. I recommend going elsewhere or making sure you get a receipt. After 2 years of leaving packages on the drop off counter, this was a lesson learned.
