- CCConnerAug 3, 20261.0Don’t post a sign saying P.O. box customers come to the back for service just for you to tell me your scanner doesn’t work and I can’t pick up packages, I just got back from a deployment and have a lot of packages to be grabbed. Customer service sucks here, waited out in the heat for 30minutes and they never answered the bell even though the sign said to and until they got FedEx come in the employee came out and told me they couldn’t get my package.
