I shipped a package 7/1 and now it is missing. From the moment I walked into this store, I should have known. I have escalated the issue to the highest claim and the package is supposed to be at the Norfolk distribution center. Not one single person on the phone for customer service has been able to help me get hands on my package. I will be insane to ever use the USPS for shipping.

- RRradiorasunJul 18, 20261.0Avoid this post at all costs! This is the most unprofessional post office I’ve ever seen. The clerk with glasses spent 10min arguing about her check with an HR person. Once they realized they had customers, they asked to wait a minute and continued to insult and curse at each other. Another clerk came from the back and seen that we had 5 boxes to mail. She had difficulty inputting the information as she had a deer in the headlights look on her face. At that point, my wife and I asked her to cancel the transaction and found a post office with better customer service.
