- STSarah TracyOct 9, 20261.0I quite literally never leave reviews but my experience with the older front desk lady is enough to warrant one. I got there and it was empty with no one at the front desk. Now I’m an extremely patient person and had no problem waiting, but there was literally a bell with a note on it that said “ring me for service”.. so I rang it just to notify someone I was there. This older lady came barging from the back saying “are you serious?! Can’t you hear that I’m pushing a cart back here? You can’t wait?”. I was so taken aback that I almost walked away right then but I needed help with my package due to it being international. I said back to her “I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful, the bell said ring for service so I did. Anyways I just need a quote to ship my package internationally please”. To this she made sly, rude remarks about how “she’d try” and “man, really?” and that she “doesn’t really know how to do that”, really making it clear that she didn’t want to help me. I told her I’d just go elsewhere but she was like “no it’s fine, here’s your quote”. Since my package is international, I then asked about the customs paperwork I’d have to do and she complained about this too, telling me the store closes in 40 minutes and that’s not enough time to complete it (which I don’t buy for a minute) so she can’t help me. I ended up telling her to forget it and I left. She scoffed at me and was rude our entire interaction. I’ll utilize another shipping spot. TLDR: Avoid this establishment, the extremely rude older lady at the front desk would clearly like to be doing anything else but her job.
