- MGMichael GetmanSep 21, 20261.0I have been having issues receiving state documents (Licenses, registration) at my personal address for about a year and change now. I had zero issues from move-in in 2021 through 2024. It has become a big issue and I have been working with USPS customer service on the issue. I received an email from Supervisor Vicker Gardiner asserting that the box was not identified and that the box needed to be labeled properly. Except the box has been labeled with my name and apartment number for the 5 years I have lived here. It has been over 2 weeks since I ordered a new license and it still is not delivered, along with me not receiving ANY mail for those 2 weeks. I went to the Patrick Henry location to discuss this with Mr. Gardiner but was waived away and told to come back later. I just wanted 5 minutes of your time to see if the matter was being looked into, but I was treated like I wasnt worth spit. I am doing everything in my power to get my mail to me which is a lot more than Mr. Gardiner is doing. I pity anyone who has to deal with this location and am planning on getting a personal box in Williamsburg to never have to deal with USPS in Patrick Henry. Epiphany behind the counter was kind and courteous though.

They just stared at me blankly, actively sighed when I asked a simple question about passport renewal, they rolled their eyes as if my business was a massive burden. I had an appointment and they didn’t even want to see me or help me what a huge waste of time. Please don’t come to this location unless you want to waste your time.
