  Still waiting on a reply from them and it has been almost a week.. went to ups for a 3rd time last week and spoke to a lady there and I ask her did I need to pay for box to send my packages back. Amazon says on their website that it comes free and no action is needed from the customer. The young lady there tells me yes unless I have a QR code which I showed her and she told me that’s not the same thing. Previously when I went to an ups store they told me that because it’s an Amazon return I didn’t need to pay for a box or label. So when I went back and told them that they told me something completely opposite and that Amazon is at fault. The most frustrating part is that when I pushed for more clarification they didn’t want to answer it and put the blame on Amazon. So I’m not really sure what is truly the answer but just be mindful when you go to this store
