She works so hard and delivers anything that won’t fit in my mailbox to my door which is less than a quarter mile away and I understand is the proper procedure. But if I have a package delivery coming and it is her say off, whoever fills in for her NEVER delivers to the house. Lazy as the day is long. I would have been fired for less.

Automated service is garbage and you can never reach a real person. 45min messing with that before it disconnected me, for the second time!!! The Usps is useless and won't even deliver my Amazon packages to my house, they should probably not have their contract renewed by Amazon if they won't hold up to Amazon's delivery standards .

Interrupted clerk once during an outside of the bldg conversation and once again after she finally returned inside. Instead of servicing a waiting customer she starts sorting the mail. Excuse me, can I get a book of stamps? (2nd request, same way) Once I do my job. I said forget it, I guess this isn't part of your job. SEVENTEEN MINUTES! Even the sweetheart sweeping the floor shook her head.
