- MSMike SchultheisAug 24, 20263.0I use this location regularly and have a PO box here. Most of my visits are fine, but customer service can be inconsistent depending on the clerk. On my most recent visit, the clerk was unresponsive when I greeted her and was dismissive when questioning postage on several prepaid eBay Standard Envelopes. When I asked what specifically was wrong so I could correct it, I wasn’t given an explanation. I was also concerned that the envelopes, which contained collectible trading cards, were being bent/flexed while being handled. I understand postal employees need to enforce mailing requirements, and I’m happy to correct anything that isn’t compliant. I just expect questions to be handled professionally and for customers to be given a clear explanation. I’ve had much better experiences with other employees at this location, so I hope customer service can become more consistent.
