- NCNicole CorwinJul 25, 20261.0after removing the outside mail boxes, you would think that maintaining a functioning drop box inside to use when the post office is closed would be a priority but it clearly is not. the drop box has been broken for over a month now and this is not the first time it's been out of service for an extended amount of time either... incredibly inconvenient and ridiculous

USPS did not deliver a very important package of mine because of some obscure rule that’s not written anywhere in the office or on any paperwork I’ve seen. In fact, the note that I got with the package when it was returned, said to bring it into the office to ask for a refund. The extremely rude woman at the counter told me that that is incorrect, and that I have to file online… I combed the online resources, and everything I found sent me into the store. *** the issue was that I recycled a box, and even though it was crossed off, the word, José Cuervo was written on the box. Apparently USPS does not like recycling liquor boxes. I would totally understand if the rule was actually written down on the posters that I consulted before recycling this box. It is not. It’s one of those “secret” rules. In fact, I challenge anyone to find this written down anywhere.
