- PSPriscila SantosJul 16, 20261.0The staff is always great, but the limited hours and the lack of a package drop box are major inconveniences.
- CMCarmen MJun 19, 20265.0I’ve never had anything come through here for myself, but I sent out a package the other day and the lady at the counter was very nice :), overall, sending a package was a smooth experience
- HHHoward HightowerJul 18, 20251.0I went here on 7-3-2025, and mailed letter to Highland Springs (on east side of Richmond). I return to post office on 7-15-2025 because that letter had not been delivered. The Clert said = It takes more days to get there due to the holiday of July 4th.... .I have never had this problem thru other post offices = and I am over 70 years old.
- BWBruce WoodJan 2, 20185.0Recently moved here from No Va. All 4 or 5 times to this PO to send extra postage mailings have been professional and courteous. One large box/package had to be forwarded to NC after it arrived here 5 days after the 2-day postage delivery date (sent from Fl at $51 postage). Cassandra politely said that there are no 2-day delivery guarantees during Christmas (after 12/19) but she forwarded the package for me at no additional charge. Sure service is relatively slow but there is only room for one postal clerk in a very small space. If you want faster mass processing, go to the larger office east a mile or 2 on Hull St. Stop complaining and be thankful a PO branch is close by. Bruce Wood
- JBJustin BrowningMay 26, 20161.0Stood in this post office for 40 minutes because the woman behind the counter was chattier than the Snapple lady. I'm trying to send something certified mail, which I never do and I needed assistance. She promptly pointed me to the counter where the envelopes are and told me to fill out a green form and to get a priority mail envelope. After I did this I got back in line with three people in front of me and waited another 15 minutes because she wouldn't shut up and had to talk to every single person about nothing. When I finally got back to the counter she told me I had to fill out the envelope as well, mind you the green form sticks to the envelope so how am I supposed to know that I also have to fill out the envelope? She then gestured me out of the line again to which I stated "I've never done this and I need some help." She replied "Just fill out the envelope and come back". After that I just left. I will never return to this post office. Thank you for the miserable experience.
