Staffs at the counter are very rude. Even the manager. They need training for proper customer service. They even made "bye bye" gestures when we left. Very Unprofessional. Just take note that you represent a government owned establishment.

Listen, it’s great that this is open until 5 pm on Sundays in particular, but that means you’re going to have an influx of people coming in. There is no reason why people should be on line at the post office on a Sunday over an hour. Two people are working and lord knows what is either being shipped or what the workers themselves are doing because things were just taking way too long. Then you can’t be mad people are getting irritated with you; you have no sense of urgency. Another worker comes out and who knows what she is doing but it’s not like she was transparent as to what she’s doing, she just looks like she’s hiding in the back. In 2026 USPS has got to do better

Shout out to Shin, who went out of his way to help me this morning. He was friendly, efficient, and patient. The place was very busy, but he took time to fully address my question. Well done.

Terrible place to ship any parcel internationally. I already filled out customs form from the usps website and all the lady at the counter had to do was take the filled/submitted custom form printout. Just because I didn’t have the printout , she didn’t take my package!!! USPS do better!!

To whom it may concern, I’m taking the time to share this feedback because I believe customer service and professionalism are especially important in a public-facing workplace. During my visit, I had an unpleasant interaction with an employee, Patrice Carey. I found her manner toward me to be rude and unwelcoming. While waiting in line, I also observed interactions with other customers that came across as discourteous and lacking in professionalism. I want to emphasize that the other front-end staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful, so I appreciate their customer service. I respectfully ask upper management to review this concern and have a conversation with Ms. Patrice Carey regarding customer service expectations. Additional coaching or retraining in professional communication and guest service may be beneficial. I’m sharing this review not to be disrespectful, but because I hope management will take the concern seriously and ensure that all customers in the local community receive courteous, respectful, and professional service.
