  The owner as well as all of the employees of this location are always helpful and friendly!!! I have a PO Box here and use them frequently for returns and shipping and I have nothing but positive experiences every time!!

  Just unpleasant. I felt rushed and was asked to use the kiosk a lot. I'm old so I don't know how it works, and I'd rather have human interaction than to use the kiosk. Even then I didn't feel the warmth or friendliness from the staff. I just would not come back here again.

  I’m always in and out here, and the staff is super sweet and polite, especially Seyveon! Very good service every time I come in. He even helped me bring in my items when he saw me struggling getting into the door when my 40 different Amazon returns lol. I often come in with a lot of packages and every time, everyone is courteous and kind.

  I had a few Amazon returns and one other return. I walked in and there was only one person in line. The guy working (looked like a manager) told me if I had Amazon returns that I could use their kiosk. I asked if I could do it with him instead since it is easier and he said I could but he was trying to save me from waiting in line. I said I had no problem waiting and then he said (not directly to me but just talking) "I was on my lunch break". I felt a little bad so I just used the kiosk. In the time it took me to use the kiosk, 3 other people came in and left, so clearly it did not save me time. And I still had to go to him because one of my returns was not Amazon. I'm not talking bad about this employee at all, he was nice enough and I did understand taking his lunch break, but at my job and I'd say any other somewhat decent workplace, the whole store is not staffed by one person forcing the employee to work on their break. I also understand being understaffed and maybe there's no other choice, so I feel for the guy. This poor review is not for this employee, but rather for this business in general not being able to staff the store enough to allow employees to actually get breaks, and instead attempting to replace human workers with a kiosk which actually takes longer, and makes the customer do all of the work themselves. The kiosk is a UPS Store wide thing, I think all of them have it now. I would avoid this store unless they decide to actually pay enough for people to want to work there.
