  I was expecting a delivery, which was supposed to be delivered last week. It keeps saying everyday that I was not available to receive the package and see the photo proof attached. Photo proof should be of the building or the apartment but I don't see that. That happened for 3 days and now since last 2 days the package is not even out for delivery, they are holding it 😏 To me James never attempted to deliver. Upon calling FedEx says they can't do anything and James was not allowed to enter the building. Two different status on call and on the website/ app.. Very disappointed

  Deshawn stole my package. Was marked as delivered at 8pm at night while I was home. No truck ever arrived. Says package was signed for by Trobbs... I would never willingly use FedEx and will tell everyone to not use them either. Opened a case, they investigated nothing and closed it saying to contact the shipper. Horrible company with thieving employees

  I use this location often to pick up reptiles shipped to me. One girl here is always so nice. This morning it was a different girl and she was very unprofessional tossing the box on the counter acting very scared of the box. I told her it couldn’t hurt her and she responded saying she didn’t care. She is going to end up hurting someone’s animal.

  Tierra just helped me package and mail a large art canvas. She took so much time making sure the canvas was protected. I would definitely come back for any future shipping needs because of her professionalism and care :)

  I had an important delivery containing confidential information that was marked as delivered and signed for except I never received it. There was no package in my building’s lockbox or mailroom, and no one could tell me where it actually went. When I followed up, I was told it was signed by me, which is completely false. They even offered to provide a description of the person who supposedly signed for it at my apartment stating a family member signed...I live alone, which raises serious concerns about how signatures are being handled, because I was never there and never signed anything. Then FedEx called back trying to “update” me, saying the driver was at the lockbox room. The problem? I was literally standing in the lockbox room at that exact moment and there was no FedEx driver anywhere nor any code provided for the lock box. So now the story has changed. First it was signed for, then it was left in a lockbox. Which is it? Because if a package requires a signature, it should not be left unattended and if it was marked as signed, that suggests signatures are being falsely recorded, mishandled, or they are signing it themselves to complete the "delivery". At this point, the conflicting information feels like an attempt to cover mistakes rather than take accountability. Going in circles getting caught in a lie trying to cover their incompetence and still no package to be found. This experience has completely broken my trust in FedEx’s delivery process and customer service. I won’t be using FedEx services again.
