  Trying to ship a Covid test on a Saturday. It took me three trips (!) to this store getting three different types of information till finally she said “it seems not possible during a weekend”. If there ever is a time one wants express shipping it would be for a Covid test. But, do not even bother … Instead, find a place who wants your business. Final point: it may very well be that - besides the lack of knowledge by staff, there is a nonsensical company policy in play also.

  Horrible experience. I came here on 4/1/2019 to ship a microwave oven and they completely overinflated the dimensions and costs. I called UPS next door, while at the FedEx store, and got a quote of $109 when FedEx wanted $225+. The FedEx lady had the nerve to tell me that all places do that, if you call for a quote and when you come in, they will charge you more. Well, I lugged the 45 pound microwave oven to UPS (no help from FedEx of course!) and UPS ended up charging me $70, less than the $109 quote they gave me over the phone!!! And the UPS person came out to my truck to carry the microwave in for me! On top, the FedEx lady had the nerve to tell me that FedEx is cheaper for ground shipping than UPS!!! First and last time I will be dealing with this FedEx location. Bunch of scammers working here. Have used FedEx before, different location, and never experienced anything as horrendous as this.

  Hated it. The staff is incompetent and irresponsible. I dropped off a package for delivery. They checked the paperwork to make sure it was in order. The very next day the package was delivered back to me. When i asked for an explanation I was told to call FEDEX. I WAS AT FEDEX. It appears the McLean store is very poorly run. It's like dealing with the federal govt. No one is accountable for anything and they just lie to you to get you out the door. They deserve no stars.
