- YIYvette I.Sep 26, 20261.0Extremely poor customer service at the 22102 Post Office. Tracking shows my package was delivered to my ZIP code, but I never received it. When I visited the location, an employee named Orlando admitted the post office made a mistake, but told me I had to call the distribution center to track it down myself. When I pointed out that it is the Post Office's responsibility to locate misdelivered mail, Orlando and his supervisor abruptly closed the service window, claiming they "didn't have time." It is unacceptable to lose a customer's package, admit fault, and then refuse to help.

Bring your filled out form but remember not to sign it! Also don’t forget a check to send for the State Department fee. Arrive at least 5 minutes early.
