- CLChoose LightJun 5, 20265.0The staff are friendly, courteous and deliver excellent service. I have been a patron here for over 15 years and have consistently received my mail on time and all mailings I have sent from here, have reached their destinations. Thank you for your service!

My building manager reviewed the security camera footage and confirmed that no delivery was made. I reported the issue to USPS and opened a claim for a lost or stolen package. The station manager informed me that the package could not be located and advised me to file a claim online. However, after following their instructions and submitting the claim, it was denied. As a customer, this experience has been extremely frustrating. My package is missing, there is video evidence showing it was not delivered, and I have received no resolution or reimbursement. This has significantly damaged my trust in the Postal Service, and I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled.

They don’t want to move. I believe his name is Mohammad. Every time I’ve had an encounter with him, he doesn’t wanna work. He doesn’t wanna work with me. He’s not flexible. He doesn’t listen to the customer. He is not helping in any way shape or form.The manager tries to belittle you. All the other workers are just fine. I haven’t had any problem with but the manager who doesn’t wear any work uniform who doesn’t want to do any work when it comes to scanning any product please do better. This is not the service that we deserve.

Over the past 10 years these jobs have become more difficult to do with all the zest others expect. We are fortunate to have these employees and our carriers.
