- JMJollyMon MusicApr 8, 20265.0The staff at this location are phenomenal! I am on the board of a newly formed nonprofit and we are currently shipping out care packages to deployed Marines. The staff went above and beyond to help with the customs forms and help my wife get everything perfect to be shipped out and through customs with no issues. I went back out to the car while she finished up the transaction and when she came out she had happy tears in her eyes. One of the wonderful ladies there had donated towards the shipping costs. How lucky we are to be in such a great community like this! I highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs!
- LRLucan RogersJan 31, 20261.0Had to file a formal complaint recently. I use them every day to drop off my packages. Two days in a roll 15th 16th same employee same attitude. Instead of walking my packages over to the Bin and drop them in she tossed them. I asked her why it could be glass she said did you wrap it well? Then told m we they throw 70 pound box around like that in the back. I am just beyond my patience with this one employee. She was rude both interactions. I asked about the postmaster her boss. She said she was not there and that they are in in the evening. I said I will come back then. She said come back then. Besides that my packages left that facility unscanned and has no tracking 24 hours later. Plus it was 9 packages total to my business customers. The lady does not care that those packages are my livly hood. I ha e yo still go there and now deal with this lady every single time now. UGH
