  **ABSENTEE OWNERSHIP** Phenomenal service from the employees on site. The absence of the owner shows in the inability of this location. The employees on site do their absolute best with the tools they are given. A UPS Store is not a 'turnkey operation' but any complaints to corporate will fall on deaf ears. Still a great place for what services are available. The employee you will typically see on site is very knowledgeable. Just make sure you come prepared so they can help you. Don't let this scare you away from accessing this location, just know that the owner does not care about the health of this business as long as they meet their bottom line.

  The clerk at the UPS Store at 360 Hardware on Rt 360 was rude and had not one kind word. Never even smiled. We all have stuff in our lives, but you don't bring it to work! The clerk at the 360 Hardware said they get nothing but complaints about her.

  I wanted to speak out about the UPS Store here. I have been here numerous times for Amazon returns, as well as my husband. We have never had any employee be rude or disrespectful. We are thankful that the store accepts Amazon returns and we don't need to drive all the way into Mechanicsville and wait in very long lines for returns. The hardware store is clean, organized and has many items to choose from. Thank you!

  Love the hardware store! However, the older short blonde woman at UPScounter started out rude, spoke to me like I was a child and acted like I was wasting her time. I was so shocked. I figured she was having a bad day but when I saw the other review I guess she is RUDE! Should not be in customer service.

  This review does not reflect with the hardware store that I've been dealing with for many years. My mom just passed and to be a good Samaritan I went into this UPS store to return an Xfinity cable box. Ladies let me say this I walked up to the counter and I seen an attractive lady but as soon as she opens up her mouth she becomes extremely unattractive. She was one of the most rude UPS counter associates I've ever dealt with. I've been dealing with the UPS store on Creighton road for some time and should have went there but thought I would try this one out since I've made multiple purchases at this hardware store. I will never return here that lady was so rude she even made me stand there and wait when I called her out on her rudeness while she slowly packaged the package out of spite. I'm glad of the day of the internet when we can hold people accountable for their rudeness. Lady it isn't worth all of that. If you're having a bad day don't take it out on me.
