- ACAlbert ChenAug 10, 20261.0I was disappointed with my experience here. The customer service was poor, and the line moved very slowly despite there not being many customers. During my visit, one of the Asian lady service clerks was also very rude and dismissive when I was shipping multiple packages. I understand that busy days can be stressful, but the attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. I hope management can work on improving both the efficiency of the service and the overall customer experience.
