- ATAnissa TentionMay 8, 20265.0The best experience, truly. The post office met their walk in capacity for passports, so the lady was kind enough to make an appointment. I went to another post office yesterday in SW DC and was told they don't do walk ins, and that was it. VA has me sold.

Did not take the first customer for another 10 minutes. Sent me to another door to pickup a package, where no one showed up for another 8 minutes.

- YKYoung KimApr 10, 20261.0Mailwoman doesnt ring doorbell for signature, but has a orange slip rdy in her hand when walking up to my door, barely half a knock, then leaves.(checked ring cam wondering how i missed it when home all day) next day i go to post office to pick up package, place to pick up package in the post office opens at 9, its 9:10, still closed. I knock on their door, no answer. 9:15, i start knocking louder. Lady opens the door and looks at me as if im crazy. Got some lazy workers here 4/13/26: Another incident update. Expecting delivery, didn't want to miss it like how i missed it (above review) so had my ring camera live view up while working from home. i see the post office truck, so i go downstairs to wait for them while watching live view. Truck takes about 25min to circle the neighborhood and finally comes back in view again few houses down. After that stop, drives right past my house and never to be seen again. check my delivery status 10minute later, it says it's been delivered. Another messed up delivery. Only miserable people work here, you will get miserable customer service, mail/packages never delivered correctly. When you go to pick it up, miserable people will give you attitude.
