Insulting me under her breath and when I asked her to repeat what she said when I clearly heard her she denied saying anything. She needs to be removed from her job immediately.

They lost every envelope in my monthly distribution causing hundreds of dollars in losses. I try to call to talk to someone and it's just an automated system that registers a complaint and immediately closes it it as resolved.
