- GGGabe GuarinoMay 8, 20261.0This place can have horrible customer service! I was returning 2 blinds from Amazon. Both blinds were in the original packaging not even opened that got delivered to me. I went in with my QR code to return the item and they told me it had to be in 1 package. Which is unbelievable and the return said quantity of 2 items. So I told them to tape both boxes together, they had the tape sitting on the counter. The guy said he can not do that, I told him ok let me see the tape and I can do it. He refused and tried forcing me to buy a roll of tape for a crazy amount of money. The difference was not that he couldn’t do it but he refused and was just unbelievable. I even called Amazon and they said that is for a quantity of two and they do not need to be packed together as long as they were in boxes ship. No wonder this place has such bad reviews !

Sometimes it's crowded but it's worth the wait. Because they are good people. I always come to this UPS instead of the PO. I recommend this UPS to everyone.
