The associate could not have been more rude or condescending while making me, the listed “pick up person” who paid for the item AND had/showed my photo ID, feel like I was attempting to steal my own purchase. The turnaround time and item were great, customer service terrible!

I came in the store looking to purchase a chair and I wanted to get one from the “Grab and Go” section so I wouldn’t have to assemble it. This is where I got my chair last time and everything worked out great. However this time around it was a different experience. I found the chair I wanted and rolled it up to the front only to be met by a rude manager who said that I wasn’t able to get the chair and I would have to get it from a box. Which is not true because I got it from the Grab and Go section last time When I explained this to the cashier he was rude and dismissive and while he was walking the chair back with me he said that he didn’t have time to deal with me because he had other customers to deal with. Overall, terrible experience. Didn’t get the chair I wanted. Service was rude. And I’ll be getting my chair somewhere else.
