I have mail I need to send out to another state, and asked the lady (older black lady) working if she could look up the address and she said “I don’t know” and just started at me while making a hand gesture. Don’t waste your time coming here, I sure did. Reading the other negative reviews specifically about this lady I’m surprised she still has a job here…

I needed assistance with certified mail, and she flat out refused, telling me it's not her job to provide customer service. When I rated her service negatively at checkout, she laughed at me and said it doesn't bother her how she is rated. I think she needs to look for a differnt job. Btw, this isn't the first time she's neen rude and definitely doesn't seem to be enjoying working there! If it wasn't so close to my house, I woukd go to a different post office!

Most of the time my experience has been good and sometimes it's been worse than bad but I like it because I can normally get in and out relatively fast. I've been to a lot of post offices in various parts of this country and this is no worse or better than any other post office. Just closer to my house. I normally go when other people are working so that makes my experience pretty good. Mostly friendly staff but they do work for the government.
