Like another reviewer, the employee also reached over and tapped the "highly satisfied" option on the credit card terminal. That was not what I would have clicked, as my simple issue was not resolved. I went to another post office and they were able to easily solve my problem.

- TDThe Glow DownJan 8, 20251.0The phone # doesn’t work and they have a package they were supposed to deliver but now it says “ being held at customer’s request” and I did not request this. Can’t get in touch with them and USPS customer care says I have to call directly to this office. Run around and I’m just going to get a refund from amazon and purchase everything elsewhere to avoid this issue again.
