Trying to get in contact with these guys to ask even about the status of a package is ridiculous. The bot didnt help and when I finally got sent a code to put in my tracking number, their link doesnt work! Whoever is the head needs to get their stuff together or step down.

Usually when I go to this post office I try to keep in mind that the postal service can be a stressful job and there are long hours and it's often a job that doesn't receive a lot of gratitude. So I do my part to wait in line, be respectful, and try to give them the benefit of the doubt. But today I walked out because I was so angry. Today I went to go get a bubble envelope to deliver a small birthday gift to a friend and I waited in line quiet and respectfully. When it was my turn I asked the lady if they had any prettier ones besides the plain bubble mailers because this was a birthday surprise for a friend. She said no. I wasn't worried because that was fine. It's no biggie. I took 5 steps to go grab a plain bubble mailer when I turn back around and someone who WASN'T EVEN IN LINE just walked in and got assistance. The lady that had been helping me looked at me apologetically and verbally apologized for the other postal worker who jumped in despite my address book, birthday gift, and card being on the counter, my items were disregarded and she assisted someone else who came in. The postal worker that took over the previous postal worker's station didn't even help the people waiting in line, which I would have understood!! I didn't leave the line but I asked for one moment so I could grab a different bubble mailer and then I turn around and my stuff and I are pushed to the side. This was totally unprofessional and it struck a cord. It took more time to check out all the packages this other lady who wasn't even in line decided to come in and pick up. There were 2 or 3 stations where people were receiving assistance and it wasn't even that busy as far as a line. I could have been in and out but instead was disregarded and had to squeeze back in between the lady picking up her packages and apologized by saying "Excuse me, I need to get my stuff" which she put her pocketbook and packages around. Not only do I find this to be extremely unprofessional but a breach of personal space and security. For all I know when I turned my back around, the lady that wasn't even in line but stepped up to the counter could have flipped through my address/password book. There is a certain line you don't cross and you wait your turn. But apparently here the postal worker decided to push the other one out of the way to ring up someone who hasn't even been in the store or waited to be helped. It wasn't an accident or a mistake. The lady knew I was coming back but instead the postal worker that saw her wait for me to go grab a bubble envelope made the nice postal worker step aside so she could step in and help someone who walked in and bypassed the line. After continuing to wait for this woman and her packages I felt awkward because a line of people was building that wasn't getting helped and it made me look like I had jumped out of line or didn't wait my turn when that wasn't the case at all! I felt humiliated and awkward waiting behind the woman who ended up getting between me and my personal items at the counter. I looked at the kind postal worker who had apologized about the other postal worker and thanked her for her time but explained I thought the bubble wrapper would still be too big so I'll go somewhere else. That was my way of trying to get out of there. I was so disappointed with how I was treated. Why are people rewarded for cutting lines and getting in the way when there are people who do the right thing and get put on the back burner??? I'll go to FedEx or The UPS store next time I want to spend money to ship something instead of being treated like a doormat here.

2 separate packages scanned wrong and messed up deliveries in less than a week. The employee I worked with the first time was very helpful and friendly. The one I spoke with today kept cutting me off, kept getting the tracking number wrong, then told me my package was either downtown, or it's out for delivery. Went to the downtown office and the kind lady there said my package wouldn't be there. Guess we'll see if or when it shows up. It's also heat sensitive, but I'm sure it'll be fine. 🙄

I have had a multitude of packages set for pick up that never happened. I need packages to go out on a schedule and when I ask for it it gets confirmed, the next evening I will get a confirmation that it was picked up but there has been ZERO activity at my camera doorbell. At least a dozen times. It's been escalated to the postmaster, supervisors, everything. Some woman named T. Huggins said "IF they don't let me know and I will come get them myself" which was an absolute, flat-out, bald-faced LIE. She never comes when I ask. Customers get packages late, I get bad reviews and LOSE MONEY. I have spent almost $800 this year alone on shipping products and 65-80% of the time they get picked up. The rest of the time it's left behind.

The worst post office I've ever been to. I waited for 30 minutes even though there was no one in front of me because the staff were busy doing other things. They kept coming in and out from the back but completely ignored everyone waiting in line. To make matters worse, the clerk helping me didn't seem to know what she was doing, and the other clerk wasn't willing to help her. I've never had such a frustrating experience at a post office. Extremely poor customer service.
