  Postal workers are the laziest people on the planet I see why Virginia has the lowest rating for the mail system here have had multiple packages go missing after being put on truck for delivery and them not being delivered, so it's always nice to be stolen from by the federal agency that is I trusted with my mail drivers lie about drop off ability and then steal the items they don't deliver happened on 8/31 with 2 packages and again on 9/1 with another package. customer service is horrible and when u try to call the local office to talk to someone they constantly pick up and hang up to avoid the situation because they know what their postal workers are doing. No mail every arrives on time and package delivery is a joke I've gotten 2 out of 5 packages ordered in the last 6 days a bunch of thieves will be filing theft claims for every package against USPS. Ship FedEx or UPS, USPS is absolute trash

  I got there too late. My fault, not theirs. Could have been a 5 if I had been able to interact with people.

  Staff is nice BUT my packages seem to take days before getting scanned or leaving this office!

  How is it that as I work from home and sit at my desk literally 10 ft from the front door and I see the USPS truck come that it's become a common thing for my packages to be returned to the PO with the reason being that I wasn't home or 'customer requested to pick up at the PO" - why would I do that when I am home and I DO want my delivery! Yesterday my neighbor in a house number not even close to mine, brought me my package delivery. The PO is barely open these days so I can't get there unless I take off work. Today, my package was returned to the PO bc I requested it. Not sure how I did that when USPS never came to my door. Funny that I did receive two other packages delivered by USPS. Now I've been on the phone for 15 min. I don't need tracking information again! I need to speak to an agent but have now been on hold for so long it's likely the branch will close before they pick up my call. I tell ever vendor I buy from to NOT ship to me via USPS. They are too often unreliable and very challenging to communicate with if you can even reach a person at all.

  Jeff “WELL why didn’t you answer the question by saying it fragile when I asked you about it” For you to just stamp my package as fragile was the hardest thing you had to do and I never in my 20+ years of mailing things out at this specific usps location had this issue.
