- JNJan NirriJul 8, 20261.0How is it that as I work from home and sit at my desk literally 10 ft from the front door and I see the USPS truck come that it's become a common thing for my packages to be returned to the PO with the reason being that I wasn't home or 'customer requested to pick up at the PO" - why would I do that when I am home and I DO want my delivery! Yesterday my neighbor in a house number not even close to mine, brought me my package delivery. The PO is barely open these days so I can't get there unless I take off work. Today, my package was returned to the PO bc I requested it. Not sure how I did that when USPS never came to my door. Funny that I did receive two other packages delivered by USPS. Now I've been on the phone for 15 min. I don't need tracking information again! I need to speak to an agent but have now been on hold for so long it's likely the branch will close before they pick up my call. I tell ever vendor I buy from to NOT ship to me via USPS. They are too often unreliable and very challenging to communicate with if you can even reach a person at all.
