  EDIT: I tried one more time last week to get my project printed without being told I wasn’t welcome to just stop in and needing to book things online… And this time Jody was there… And the employee that helped me check with her to see if the printers were busy. Jody asked how big my project was and I told her it was only 20 pages and she said “give me 30 minutes to an hour and we’ll squeeze it in no problem! All it took was somebody being willing to meet me halfway on my request. I wasn’t asking for the moon previously. Just wanted someone to value me as an in-store customer. As such, I am amending my previous negative review to a Four star review now. Because clearly, while some of the other people who claimed to be in charge these last several weeks have very little customer service training, the ones that do really shine like stars! **Thanks, Jody and team!** ————— I have LOVED this FedEx location… have been going to them for the last two years for special printing projects. Jody has been amazing to work with! ❤️ But the last two weeks, I have come in multiple times to get a single project printed, and had three different men all claiming to be the store manager make a hissing noise and wince and say they have “too many online orders to do anything in store”. Multiple times over multiple weeks, no matter the time of the day- whether it’s as soon as they open, or at the end of the day before closing, or in the middle of the day. All of them simply direct me to use the self-service printer with regular paper… (Which I cannot use for this project). They tell me that they cannot complete my order in store and I would have to put in online only and they would get to it in the next several days. The previous employees over the course the last two years would always be able to use the secondary computer to fire off a quick order for in-store walk ups while the other computer was doing online orders. Now they won’t even entertain the option. This last time I was flat out told “We cannot help you if you’re not ordering online.” I miss the old staff that cared enough to handle in-store orders.

  I frequent this location for several printing needs and leave feeling so happy every time. The prices are great and the staff is incredible, especially Jody. She is so kind and helpful every time I come in. Thank you so much to this location for having exceptional customer service! I feel really cared about as a customer and as a person.

  I had a complicated Amazon return (Amazon's site wasn't cooperating). Lindsey was so patient & kind & worked on my order until we got it to go through. She didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a bother in any way. I truly appreciated her help! Give this good employee a raise!
