- MFMoses FrisbyOct 1, 20261.0Not a great experience, orders are consistently wrong, my site keeps running out of water and they never fully pick up our empties. Customer service is no help. Even their "VIP" service. Last year there were many times where I have had to go to the warehouse and pick up waters and cups myself. I have been having these issues again of the drivers not leaving the set amount of waters and cups each delivery again, and will probably have to take a couple trucks to go grab waters myself as one of my buildings is currently out. Shout out to Jerry as he is helping as best he can, I feel like there are no proper escalation routes for issues like this. Last time I called customer service and asked for the correct amount of water to be delivered they said they "couldn't guarantee anything and we will contact the branch" unacceptable. Completely unacceptable.

The water itself is great…the service this company is not. Do yourself favor and find another source.
