- GRGeorge RiddingJun 17, 20261.0I have had multiple packages not show up that state thev are delivered. Several of them have been given to me by my neighbors since the key was left in their box. How hard is it to put the key in the correct box. If you can't put the key in the right box just drop the package off on my porch. I have lost a lot of money because it says delivered and you guys are giving my package to anyone and not checking who. When I try to file a claim I'm told I can't because the package States delivered. It may be delivered but to who. Anybody reading this I beg you to use anybody but the United States Postal Service if you want your packages delivered here in Locust Grove. This place is unreal
- HWHeather WeinsteinJun 17, 20261.0These are some of the rudest and nastiest women I've ever met. Flat rate boxes are supposed to come with tape and the ability to use scissors. They said I was a fat liar. First off just because just because I'm plus size doesn't mean they can make fun of my size. Then she stated that's not how it was and that the tape that's has the blue eagle on it had to be paid for even though it clearly states on your web page that it is included. I'm sure they were just trying to pocket it this is a rip-off establishment that needs to be overhauled by the government because they are wasting our tax dollars on rude arrogant people that can't do their job right. It's really sad that we can be treated like this lied to discriminated against. And they laugh in your face and say I dare you to complain they're not going to do anything about it. Sorry I wanted to mail a package............... I went to FedEx where I was greeted with a smile and was done in 5 minutes.

The employees are driving vehicles that apparently can't go up and down gravel or dirt roads, so the mail gets marked undeliverable. Give me a break. Get some LLVs. Deliver the mail. I don't get important documents for weeks. I got mail faster from Virginia to Alaska, than I can get from in state. It's unacceptable and needs investigation.
